My Privacy Policy is very simple. As I am required to do by my profession, I keep records on all my patient encounters in order to ensure the highest quality experience for those patients. Nobody has access to those records except me and they are not shared with any other party except insofar as may be required by law or at the patient’s specific written request. The only other patient information that I use is just that required for accounting purposes and to process patient payments for treatment. This too is kept in the strictest confidence.
